Later married women started wearing a type of robe called a 'stola' although females who we're condemned for adultery we're not permitted to wear the type of robe.
Men: Ordinary Men would wear the toga and the tunic, there many different types of toga, some wear even forbidden, their were curtain laws about the colours they could wear as well as the material and fabrics, only the Emperor was aloud to wear a toga that was completely purple, the cloths that men wore determined their status in society.
